Reporting Issues
- Report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of getting your order.
Can You Return Your?
- You can return any product from sahil global communication company unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Some order placed on back to back basis may not be eligible for return since they are specially order items.
Conditions for Returns
- Return the product within 30 days from the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened to be eligible for return.
- If you have used the product, opened its box, or removed its seal, we won’t allow a return unless it’s defective.
- If the product has a defect, return it with its original box, info booklet, and any accessories.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Canceling an Order
- Cancel your order from your user account page.
- If you don’t see the cancellation option, contact us by phone, email.
- Cancel the order as soon as possible.
- Let us know why you canceled to help us improve our service.
Payment Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are made through the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days; bank account refunds usually take 1-5 business days.
- If the return is for reasons other than getting a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, you need to cover the delivery charges, import fees, and duties.
